Biography:
A Rocky Mountain native, Ben has been in and around BYU for as long as he can remember. Coming from a long line of BYU graduates, he proudly stands next in line to get his degree and influence the world. He is currently a junior in the electrical engineering program and expects to graduate in April of 2021. His main academic interests include signal processing and electromagnetic wave propagation, and he has a love for all things math. When he is not hitting the books or in class, Ben can be found enjoying his wife's delicious cooking, listening to music, or spending time playing board games with his family and friends.

Ettus SDR software bridge
Ben is currently working on implementing USRP radios into current research projects. The lab currently uses specific software to interface with its radios and the USRP radios have proven a challenge to use effectively with this software. His research at the moment is mainly focused on finding a practical way to interface with these radios and instructing others on how to do so.
